CNC grinding machine for the complete machining of HSS and solid carbide circular saw blades

This CNC grinding machine is suitable for re-sharpening or manufacturing of HSS and solid carbide circular saw blades. Using
CBN or diamond grinding wheels guarantees outstanding quality of
finish and precision with short cycle times. The machine uses the
latest computer technology to guide the operator through simple and
easily programmable menu driven display.

  • High pressure coolant facility with filtering system and mist extraction unit
